Owning their economic success!
Junior Achievement of Greater Baton Rouge is a for-impact, non-profit organization serving our community by bringing volunteers from the business community into the classroom to teach Kindergarten – 12th grade students personal finance, entrepreneurship and work-readiness skills.
Develop a generation of individuals who are armed with the confidence, knowledge and determination to thrive in order to build a better future for themselves and their community.
“The East Baton Rouge Parish School System is committed to ensuring students are prepared for the future. Through our partnership with Junior Achievement, we are able to educate our youth on managing personal finances, developing skills for the workplace, and encouraging entrepreneurial thinking. We are grateful to JA for providing mentors to our students and implementing this curriculum that is invaluable to our school system.” - East Baton Rouge Superintendent Warren Drake
